摘  要:目的探讨年龄、体重指数与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的关系。方法选择526例经多导睡眠图(PSG)监测确诊为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的患者资料,统计不同年龄、体重指数(BMI)患者分布差异,对OSAHS严重程度与年龄、BMI进行相关性分析。结果中老年人(30-70岁)及肥胖者(BMI23.0~30或≥30.0)发病较多;年龄与暂停紊乱指数(AHI)呈负相关,BMI与AHI呈正相关;标准偏回归系数绝对值BMI大于年龄。结论年龄、BMI与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征有密切关系,体重指数越大,病情越严重,而随着年龄的增大,病情反而减轻。体重比年龄对OSAHS的影响更大。Objective To investigate the correlation between age, body mass index (BMI) and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods To evaluate the difference of age and BMI from various patients then analyze the correlation between age, BMI and the severity of OSAHS according to the data from 526 cases of OSAHS diagnosed by polysomnography (PSG). Results The incidence of OSAHS are high in patients of age from 30 to 70 and high in patients with BMI from 23.0 to 30.0 or above 30.0. It is negative correlation between age and apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), it is positive correlation between BMI and AHI. The absolute value of standardized partial regression coefficient of BMI is larger than that of age. Conclusions It is linear correlation between age, BMI and AHI. The more increased of BMI, the more severe of the state of OSAHS, but the more increased of age, the less severe of the state of OSAHS. The effect of weighton OSAHS is more obvious than that of age.
