摘 要:采用去藻247处理滇池草海出口处水样进行试验,结果表明,在大比例投加药剂时,去藻247在0~20mg/L这一范围内的除藻效果较好,且随着投加量的增加,其去除效果越好;在精确投加时,当投加量为20mg/L时,其去除效果最佳。其中叶绿素、TP的平均去除率达到27.0%和25.3%,对TN也有一定的去除。使用去藻247后,通过测定铜离子残留浓度可知,水样中铜离子的残留浓度在10天之内就迅速降低,且远低于国家饮用水标准中铜离子的允许值1.0mg/L,因此该药剂对水体无二次污染,去藻247是一种具有进一步研究价值的除藻剂。The experiment of Water Samples in the CaoHai exit of Dian - Chi lake was studied by use of Algaecide 247. The result indicates that when the Algaecide 247 dosage added in a large proportion about in the range of 0 - 20 L, it will get better results. With the increase of dosage, its elimination effect is better. At the precise dosage, when the Algaecide 247 agent added was 20 mg/L in the experiment, the removal is the best. The average removal rate of Chlorophyll and TP reach to 27.0% and 25.3% respectively, and also removal of a certain TN. After we used Algaecide 247, by measuring the residual concentration of copper ions, the residual concentration of copper ions in water samples were rapidly lower within 10 days, and it was far lower than the national drinking water standard of the copper ions - 1.0 mg/L. So we know that the Pharmacy has no secondary pollution to the water body, and Algaecide 247 was valuable to further study.
