摘　　要：本文从中国电信企业的外部经营环境入手提出电信企业国际化、应对全球化挑战是企业发展的必然选择,并分析了中国电信企业面临的市场变化和压力及实施国际化战略的措施。Based on the analysis of the external environment that China teleeom enterprises are facing, the paper paints out that it is the consequential option for China enterprises to develop through globalization in order to welcome the challenge that globalization causes. The measures to implement globalization strategy for China in order to face the market change and pressure are also discussed.
