摘　　要：小政府模式以成熟的市场经济和发达的公民社会为运行基础。由于我国目前在理论和认识上的误区,以及在实践中的困境,小政府模式一时在中国失去了生命力。但作为一种适应市场经济发展趋势的政府运行模式,其中国化的进程是历史的必然,我们不妨采取渐进推进的方式,不断培育与其相适宜的运行环境,最终建设中国化的小政府模式。The small- government model is based on the mature market economy and developed civil society. Because of the erroneous zone of the theory and the understanding and the existing problem in reality, the small- government model has lost its vitality in China for a while. However, as one government movement model which adapts itself to the development trend of market economy, its Chinese advancement is the historical necessity, we might as well take the gradual way to advancement, cultivate the movement environment, and finally establish Chinese small government model.
