摘　　要：光栅光纤是现代光纤通信领域里非常重要的无源器件.全息法曝光制作FBG工艺过程中,两束相干光发生干涉时会遇的角度对刻写出来的光栅栅距有决定作用,会遇角度大时可对刻写栅距进行精细调节.通过计算可判断栅距的大小和变化特点.当曝光器件与样品架成一定倾角时,倾角也成为影响栅距的因素,并具有精细的调节作用.Fiber grating is important passive component in modem fiber optical communication. In the process of making uniform fiber grating base on interference, the angel of interference lights conclude the grating constant. We can calculate the grating constant and analyze it＇s changing regularity. When fiber isn＇t level, the angel between level affects the constant too, and we can adjust grating constant through the angel.
