摘　　要：目的对江浙沪9所中心医院的医疗质量进行综合评价,为医院上级管理机构制定计划和决策提供依据。方法采用目标分析最优法从反映医疗质量的4个主要方面对2005年度9所中心医院的工作质量进行综合评价和分析。结果评价结果与上级组织机构掌握的医院实际情况基本相符,即G医院最佳,I医院最差。结论目标分析最优法具有简易、直观、定量、精确、实用等特点,适合在医院多层次、大范围的应用。Objective The comprehensive evaluation on the medical quality of Nine Center Hospitals （NCHS） in Jiangsu, Zhejiang province and Shanghai area （JZSA） aims to provide a warranty for the upper administrative institution in making a plan and resolution. Methods This paper adopts the Object Optimal Analysis （OOA） to extensively evaluate and analyze the quality of NCHS in 2005 in four aspects of the medical quality. Results The outcome of the evaluation almost accords with the actual factor obtained by the upper administrative institution, i.e. the quality of G hospital ranks the best and that of I hospital falls the worst. Conclusion The OOA can be applied to the quality analysis of a hospital extensively and multi-level since it features simplicity, visualization, accuracy and practicality.
