摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设,必须以农村人才资源开发为本。要创新农村人才资源开发方法,根据我国农村的实际情况,综合运用组织开发、培养开发、投资开发和使用开发方法,大力开发我国农村人才资源,努力培养造就一支有文化、懂技术、会经营、高素质的农村人才队伍,为社会主义新农村建设提供坚强的人才保证。It＇s a key for socialistic new rural construction to develop our rural talent resource,we should try our best to develop the rural talent resource in order to train a skilled and high-virtue staff of rural talents using the new methods of organization,training, investment and using respectively on the basis of the reality of our countries.
