摘 要:目的探讨从中心静脉留置针抽血检验血浆电解质(K^+、Na^+、Cl^-、离子Ca^(2+))的意义。方法选择30例同时留置中心静脉导管和动脉测压管的病人,同一时段分别采静脉血和动脉血检测血浆电解质,两种途径采血标本前,动脉测压管回抽稀释血液6ml,中心静脉回抽稀释血10ml。结果中心静脉血血浆电解质与动脉测压管血血浆电解质(K^+、Na^+、Cl^-、离子~Ca^(2+))值的对比P>0.05,在统计学上无意义。结论临床工作中,需要查血浆电解质时,可以考虑由中心静脉抽血(但要注意先回抽10ml稀释血)。Objective To study the feasibility of drawing blood sample from central vein catheter to examine plasma electrolyte including K^+, Na^+, Cl^- and Ca^2+, Method 30 patients with central vein catheter and artery catheter were selected and measured the pressure and drew blood samples from the two cathetes to examine plasma electrolyte at the same time. Six or ten milliliter of diluent blood from artery catheter or central vein catheter must be discarded before drawing blood sample. Result In terms of plasma electrolyte including K^+, Na^+, Cl^- and Ca^2+. There was no significant difference between the two different methods of drawing blood samples (P〉0.05). Conclusion To examine plasma electrolyte,We can consider drawing blood samples from central vein catheter (ten milliliter of diluent blood must be discarded).
