摘 要:为了解决大批量定制中的产品配置与变型设计问题,提出了产品层次可拓配置设计方法.该方法采用框架语义网表示配置知识,根据产品的构成和配置设计特点将配置过程分为一级准配置和二级相似配置.通过一级准配置建立满足客户需求的产品结构树,二级相似配置匹配求得组成树的相似件.在二级相似配置基础上,基于单元的变换与进化,建立配置与进化设计信息的关联,实现了基于层次配置的变结构进化设计.研究结果表明,该方法通过两级配置解决了传统单层配置设计效率低与难以实现变结构的问题,满足了产品个性化设计需求.To solve the problem of product configuration and evolution design in mass customization, a product design method of extensible level configuration was presented. The configuration knowledge was expressed with frame semantic network in this method, and the configure process was divided into two stages according to the product structure and the features of configuration design, and the first stage was the informal configuration and the second stage was the similarity configuration. The product structure tree meeting customer requirements was established through informal configuration in the first stage and the similar components of structure tree were obtained through similarity configuration in the second stage. Based on the similarity configuration, the relationship between configuration and evolutional design was established according to the unit transformation and evolution, and the variant evolution design based on the level configuration was realized. Research results show that the method solves the problems of low efficiency and high difficulty for realizing variant design in conventional single level configuration through two stages of configuration, and meets the requirements of product individualization design.
