摘  要:硫肟醚[O-(3-苯氧苄基)-2-甲硫基-1-(4-氯苯基)丙基酮肟醚]是我国研制成功的具有自主知识产权的新型杀虫剂品种,采用振荡平衡法研究了硫肟醚在5种不同土壤上的吸附特性。结果表明,土壤对硫肟醚具有很强的吸附特性,硫肟醚在湖南永州重粘土、贵州长顺粘土、甘肃天水粘土、沈阳粉沙质粘土和长沙粉沙质粘土等5种土壤上的吸附可用Freundlich等温式较好地描述,其吸附系数KF值分别为157.46、134.52、118.58、107.60和50.20,吸附自由能变绝对值ΔG分别为21.44、19.89、21.06、20.87和19.90kJ·mol-1,说明硫肟醚在土壤上的吸附以物理作用为主。硫肟醚在5种土壤上的KOM值为3071.23 ̄5725.82,说明硫肟醚属于在土壤中迁移性很弱的一类化合物。硫肟醚在土壤上的吸附系数与土壤有机质含量、pH值和粘粒含量呈较好的相关性,而与阳离子交换量的相关性很差,说明土壤有机质、粘土含量和pH值是影响硫肟醚在土壤上吸附的主要因素。HNPC-A9908 [O- (3-phenoxybenzyl)- 2-methylthio- 1-(4-chlorophenyl) propyl ketone oxlme] is a novel oxime insecticide developed by Hunan research institute of chemical industry, China. It's a highly effective and bread-spectrum insecticide against piercingsucking, contact and chewing pests, and can be widely used to control many species of foliar insects on various crops such as rice, vegetables and teas. The adsorption of insecticide HNPC-A9908 on soils was studied in the laboratory using batch equilibration technique. The experimental results showed that there was a strong adsorption of HNPC-A9908 on soils. Adsorption isotherms of HNPC-A9908 on the soils could be described well by Freundlich equation. Adsorption coefficient (KF) of HNPC-A9908 on soils such as Yongzhou heavy clay, Changshun clay, Tianshui clay, Shenyang silt clay and Changsha silt clay was 157.46, 134.52, 118.58, 107.6 and 50.20, respectively, and KOM was in the range of 3 071.23-5 725.82, suggesting that HNPC-A9908 had a very weak mobility in soils according to McCall's classification system. Adsorption free energy (AG) of HNPC-A9908 on Yongzhou heavy clay, Changshun clay, Tianshui clay, Shenyang silt clay and Changsha silt clay was 21.44, 19.89, 21.06, 20.87 and 19.90 kJ·mol^-1, respectively, showing that the adsorption largely resulted from the physical adsorption. There were a good correlations between adsorption coefficient (Kr) of insecticide HNPC-A9908 on the five different kinds of soils and the soft properties such as organic matter, pH and clay content, and a poor correlation between KF and cation exchange content of soils, indicaring that organic matter, pH and clay content was a predominate factors influencing adsorption of HNPC-A9908 on soils.
