摘 要:噻虫嗪(thiamethoxam),分子式为C8H10ClN5O3S,属于第二代新烟碱类杀虫剂,即硫烟碱类杀虫剂,在国内外有着广泛的应用。通过实验建立了一种噻虫嗪在土壤中残留的分析方法,即采用甲醇为萃取剂,在超声振荡条件下萃取土壤中噻虫嗪的残留,经硅胶柱层析净化后,采用反相HPLC-UVD方法对噻虫嗪在土壤中残留进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法噻虫嗪的最小检测量为9.6×10-8g,在土壤中的最低检测浓度为0.024mg·kg-1。标准添加回收率为78.9%~90.1%,标准差为2.26~4.82,变异系数为2.52%~5.67%。该方法的准确性、灵敏度均达到农药残留分析的要求,且所需仪器设备简单,测试费用较低。Thiamethoxam {3-(2-chlorothiazol-5-ylmethyl)-5-methyl-4-nitroimino-1,3,5-oxadiazinane}belonging to a new class of insecticides known as neonicotinoids, has been widely used in China and other countries. A new method to analyze the residue of thiamethoxam in soil was established. Residues of thiamethoxam were extracted from soil by methanol in an ultrasonic bath, and cleaned up with a silica gel column, 20 μL of final solution was injected into a C 18 reversed-phase column (250 min×4.6 mm), a mixture of acetonitrile and water at a ratio of 80/20(V/V) as mobile phase. The quantification of the insecticide thiamethoxam was conducted by using UV detection at 254 nm wavelength. The result showed that the average recoveries and coefficient of variations of the method were 78.9%-90. 1%, 2.52%-5.67% for soil sample, respectively. The minimum detectable amount of thiamethoxam was 9.6×10^-8g and the minimum detectable concentration of thiamethoxam in the soil samples were 0.024 mg·kg^-1. These results showed that the method met the demands of pesticide residue analysis.
