福建省城镇化发展的区域差异及其决定因素分析

摘　　要：利用福建省9个地级市的统计数据,分析了福建省城镇化发展的区域差异,并使用回归分析的方法,探讨了福建省城镇化发展的决定因素,揭示了福建省城镇化与三次产业、农村非农化、基础设施、政府投资等因素之间的内在关系;指出福建省乡镇企业虽然在吸收农业剩余劳动力、缓解人口向城市的过度集中方面发挥了巨大的作用,但今后仍要在宏观上进行合理调控,以提高乡镇企业的质量,减弱其发展的负面影响。By regression analysis of statistic data of 9 cities in Fujian Province, the paper analysis＇s regional differences in the urbanization development in cities. With regression analysis,It discusses main determinants in urbanization in the area. In addition,this paper probed into the inherent relations among the urbanization,the first industry,the second industry,the third industry, the rural industry,the infrastructure and the government investment, The paper shows finally, the rural industry must be reinforced in the future because of its important role in absorbing the agricultural labor force and in relaxing the excessive concert ration of the migrants to the city. At the same time, more attention should be paid to macroscopicaUy control and adjustment of township and village enterprises to improve their quality and to eliminate their negative impacts.
