漳州市建设用地变化与经济发展研究

摘　　要：采用漳州市1997～2004年的统计数据,通过揭示漳州市土地利用的特征,分析了漳州市建设用地面积的变化过程及区域的差异,结果表明:随着经济的发展,漳州市新增建设用地面积呈增加—减少—增加阶段性变化过程;新增建设用地主要用于居民点及工矿建设,占了1997～2004年新增建设用地总量的76.9%;区域建设用地结构变化与经济发展呈负相关关系。The article apply that statistic from 1997 to 2004 of Zhangzhou City to post the land utilized character, analyzed the area on constructed land change and region discrepancy. Result indicated ①with the development of economy, constructed land area newly increased take on increased-decreased-increased phase course; ②the residential area and factories and diggings were mainly engross newly increased constructed land, it engrossed the gross 76.9%; ③the relation on constructed land structure change in region accord with the economic development is negative correlation.
