哮喘患者血浆内皮素测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：应用放射免疫方法测定了27例哮喘发作、18例哮喘缓解状态患者血浆内皮素浓度，并与42例正常人进行比较。结果表明，哮喘发作患者血浆内皮素浓度明显高于正常人及哮喘缓解状态者（P值分别为P＜0．01与P＜0．05），而哮喘缓解组与正常对照组间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。提示血浆内皮素浓度与哮喘发作有关，可能是哮喘发作的中间介质。The levels of plasma endothelin in a group of 27 cases of asthmatic attack and 18 cases of non-symptomatic asthma were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and the values were compared with among 42 healthy subject, The results showed that plasma endothe1in level in patients of asthmatic attack was significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects and non-symptomatic asthma (P<0. 01, P<0. 05, respectively). There was no significant difference in plasma endothelin levels between the non-symptomatic asthma and healthy subjects (P>0.05). It indicates that plasma endothelin levels are related to asthmatic attack and might be a mediator which induces acute attack of asthma.
