核素心血池显像对AMI溶栓治疗后心功能的评价

摘　　要：应用门电路平衡法心血池显像，对急性心肌梗死经尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗患者测定其左心室功能。参数包括左室总体射血分数、局部射血分数、轴缩短率、平均轴缩短率。结果发现，溶栓治疗再通组各参数均显著高于未通组。说明急性心肌梗死经溶栓治疗再通后可挽救濒死的心肌，改善心肌血供及左心室功能。We evaluated the left ventricular function of acute myocardial infarction patients given thrombolytic therapy with urokinase by multiple gated equilibrium cardiac blood pool imaging. The parameters included global and regional left ventricular ejection fraction, regional and mean radial shortening. The result showed that all the parameters of revascularized group were significantly higher than those of nonrevascularized group. This result indicated that in acute myocardial infarction patients given thrombolytic therapy with urokinase, revascularization can recover the damaged left ventricular function by saving the moribund myocardium and improving the myocardial blood supply.
