酵母β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖与丁酸钠合用对断奶仔猪生长性能和生理代谢的影响

摘　　要：为探讨丁酸钠与β-1,3/1,6-葡聚糖合用对断奶仔猪生产性能和生理代谢的影响,试验选择日龄为(28±3)d的长×大二元断奶仔猪120头,随机分成3个处理,每个处理5个重复,每重复8头猪。3个处理分别为对照组、丁酸钠组和丁酸钠与葡聚糖合用组。结果表明:饲料中单独添加丁酸钠,可显著(P<0.05)提高仔猪后期(15～28d)和全期(0～28d)的日采食量、日增重并改善饲料转化效率,显著(P<0.05)降低腹泻发生率和升高血浆游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯浓度,显著(P<0.05)降低血清葡萄糖浓度,但对血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、胆固醇、尿素氮浓度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。丁酸钠与葡聚糖合用,显著(P<0.05)降低了血浆游离脂肪酸含量。A total of 120 （LandracexLarge White） weaned piglets averaging 28 d of age and （7.26 ± 0.05）kg initial BW were randomly divided into three groups to study the effects of dietary supplementation with a combination of butyrate and β-1,3/ 1,6-Glucan on growth performance and biochemical parameters. The results showed that ADFI, ADG and F/G increased （ P 〈 0.05） when pigs were fed diets supplemented with 500 mg/kg butyrate sodium from d 15 to 28 after weaning and in the overall experiment but no siginificant differences （P 〉 0.05） in growth performance were observed among the other two groups. Moreover, pigs were fed diets supplemented with 500 mg/kg sodium butyrate have higher plasma FFA and TG concentrations （ P 〈 0.05） than pigs fed diets with a combination of 500 mg/kg butyrate and 50 mg/kg β-1,3/1,6-Glucan and pigs fed basal diets have at 56 d of age. No significant differences in serum total protein, globulin, albumin, total cholesterol and urea-N concentration （P 〉 0.05） was observed among three groups.
