摘  要:对EM中的酵母菌、放线菌和乳酸菌进行富集,并将其富集液和复合菌投加到黑臭河水中进行降解试验。结果表明,在好氧条件下,酵母菌和放线菌投加量分别为5%和8%时,反应2 d后,CODCr的去除率分别为47.2%和27.%;在自然静置条件下,乳酸菌的投加量为2%,反应6 d后,乳酸菌对CODCr的降解率可达56.9%,均比复合菌的去除效果好。酵母菌、乳酸菌对黑臭河水中的PO43-和NH3-N都没有降解能力。放线菌对黑臭河水中的PO43-和NH3-N有一定的降解能力,但效果不如复合菌。The experiment was mainly concentration to yeast, actinomyceto and lactobacillus in EM , then disposing the black and ordorous wastewater with concentration liquid and EM. Resullts showed that :under aerobic conditions ,CODcr removal rate of yeast and actinomyceto could reach 47.2% .27. 3% after 2 days , with 5%、8% addition respectively; 6 days later , CODcr removal rate by lactobacillus reached 56.9% under natural conditions, with 2 % addition. CODcr removal rate of them was better than that of EM. Yeast and lactobacillus had no degrading ability to PO4^3- and NH3-N in the wastewater. Actinomyceto had certain ability to PO4^3- and NH3-N, but was not better than EM.
