电泳涂装生产线实时监控的虚拟仪器系统

摘　　要：根据电泳涂装生产车间的布局结构及其基于DH+的PLC控制网络,设计生产线基于LabWindows/CVI的实时监控虚拟仪器(Virtual Instrument,VI)系统。该VI系统通过RSLinx OPC服务器实现LabWindows/CVI与PLC的通信,能对生产线进行在线监控,包括数据采集、传送、显示、控制、及数据存档等。Based on the overall arrangement structure of an aluminum electro - coating workshop and DH ＋ based PLC control network, a virtual instrument system （VIs） is developed with LabWindows/CVI 6.0 software. The system can supervise running status of the production line, including data acquisition, transmission, display, and control, as well as data archiving, whose data communication between the PLC and LabWindows/CVI is served by RSlinx OPC Server.
