摘　　要：本文从五个方面提出对外开放战略调整的主要内容。认为开放的总体战略应从廉价劳动力优势的单一战略向基于多种要素的多层次战略转变,外资战略应从数量型向质量型转变,外贸战略从规模型向效益型转变,在开放条件下实现自主创新,通过体制改革提高对外开放水平。Five suggestions of advancing China's economic opening strategy have been put forward, include: (1) the general opening strategy changed from single cheap labor advantage to manifold strategy based on multi-factors; (2) the trade strategy changed from quantity orientation to quality orientation; (3) FDI inflow strategy changed from quantity purpose to benefit purpose; (4) focusing on self-innovation of scientific and technology; and (5) enhancing the level of economic openness through deepening domestic system reform.
