摘 要:在日光温室条件下,对童子一号草莓的光合特性、日光温室内各环境因子的日变化规律及其对光合速率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在日光温室条件下,童子一号的净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,中午光合速率下降,有“午休”现象,发生“午休”的原因主要是高温、低湿等环境因子的影响。研究童子一号叶片Pn对光合有效辐射和CO2浓度的响应曲线得出,其光饱和点为916μmol·m-2·s-1,光补偿点为54.2μmol·m-2·s-1,CO2饱和点为865μmol·mol-1,CO2补偿点为51.7μmol·mol-1。Photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry Tongzi 1 and various environmental factors affected photosynthetic ratio were studied in the solar greenhouse. Results showed that photosynthetic ratio variation of strawberry Tongzi 1 in a day was two kurtosis curve. Photosynthetic ratio decreased at midday and noon breaking was visible because of influencing of higher temperature and lower relative humidity, etc. The Pn curve of the leaves to PAR and CO2 indicated that light saturation point of the leaves 916μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and light compensation point of leaves was 54.2μmol·m^-2·s^-1, and CO2 saturation point was 865μmol·mol^-1 and CO2 compensation point was 51.7μmol-mol^-1.
