摘  要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱法,对沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)幼苗进行水分胁迫,测定其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:在水分胁迫下,沙枣幼苗叶片的SOD活性开始上升,并在PEG浓度为10.0%时出现活性高峰。随着PEG处理浓度的增加,SOD活性下降,经15.0%PEG处理后其活性低于对照值。在轻、中度水分胁迫下,叶片CAT活性逐渐升高,当PEG浓度达20%时出现峰值,为对照的1.3倍,之后随着PEG浓度的增加CAT活性下降,经30.0%PEG处理后CAT活性低于对照,其活性高峰的出现晚于SOD。叶片POD的活性变化趋势与SOD活性相似,均为先升高后降低的单峰曲线。与SOD和CAT活性相比,POD活性高峰同样晚于SOD,与CAT相同。说明在水分胁迫下,沙枣幼苗叶片中的SOD与CAT和POD对水分胁迫的调节有一定的互补性。Elaeagnus angustifolia L. seedlings were treated by the method of simulating natural soil desiccation using PEG-6000 solution. The activities of SOD, POD, CAT and the content of MDA were analyzed. The results show that the activity of SOD began to increase in seedings' leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L., and emerged the peak of activity when treated with 10.0% PEG. Along with the concentration increase of the treatment, the activity of SOD decreased, and it was lower than that of the control's at 15.0% PEG. The activity of CAT in leaves increased under fight or medium water stress. The peak of activity emerged after treated with 20.0% PEG. It was 1.3 times the control's. Then the activity of CAT decreased as the PEG concentration increased, and it was lower than that of the control's at 30.0% PEG, also, the emergence of the peak of the activity was later than that of SOD's. The tendency of POD activity change was similar to that of SOD's, they all presented single peak curve that rose firstly and then descended. Compared with the activity of SOD and CAT, the activity peak of POD was also later than that of SOD's and similar to that of CAT's, These indicated that the regulation of SOD, CAT and POD to water stress appeared complementary in some degree.
