纺织商标用透明液体硅橡胶的制备

摘　　要：以八甲基环四硅氧烷（D4）或甲基硅氧烷混合环体（DMC）、乙烯基双封头、乙烯基环体等为原料，四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂，合成了高摩尔质量乙烯基硅油；以高含氢硅油、含氢双封头、六甲基二硅氧烷、D4等为原料，合成低含氢硅油交联剂；再加入白炭黑、MQ树脂填料，二甲基硅油稀释剂，制成纺织商标用透明液体硅橡胶。较佳配方为：比表面积200m^2／g的气相法白炭黑15～20份，乙烯基MQ树脂用量10～20份，稀释剂二甲基硅油的用量2～4份，Pt配合物用量为25×10^-6，抑制剂用量为16×10^-4份，固化（硬化）剂用量10份；按此配方制成的液体硅橡胶的物理力学和加工性能接近同类进口产品的技术指标。A high molecular weight of vinyl silicone oil was synthesized by D4 or DMC,divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane,tetravinyl tetramethyl cyelo tetrasiloxane as raw materials and tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst.The crosslinker of low hydro silicone oil was synthesized by concentrate hydrosilicone oil,tetramethyl dihydro disiloxane,hexamethyldisiloxane and D4. The transparent LSR for textile trademarks was prepared by fumed silica and MQ resin as filler,dimethicone as attenuant.The result showed that under the following conditions: fumed silica with specific surface area 200 m2/g,fumed silica 15~20 parts,vinyl MQ resin 10~20 parts,dimethicone 2~4 parts,Pt 25×10-6,suppressant 16×10-4 parts,cure agent 10 parts,the physical mechanism and processing performance of LSR compared to the imported products.
