种子成熟度对泽泻种子萌发与植株生长的影响

摘　　要：目的研究种子成熟度对泽泻种子萌发与植株生长的影响。方法取不同成熟度泽泻种子分别在光照培养箱中做发芽试验和田间植株生长观察。结果泽泻花茎不同部位的花序发育时期差异较大,种子成熟度不同,其形态特征和萌发率及植株生长情况明显不同。生产上收获的种子成熟度参差不齐。结论种子成熟度是影响泽泻种子萌发和植株生长的重要因素,花茎中部花序的种子成熟度适中,适宜用于大田生产。Objective To study the effect of seed maturity on the germination and growth of Alisma orientalis （ Sam. ） Juzep. Methods The seeds of different maturity were germinated in light growth a chamber and the cultivated plants were observed in field. Results The different inflorescence level responded to different period germinated and there were significant differences in their botanic characteristic, germination rate and growth responses. Seeds harvested from cultivation had also different maturity. Conclusion There were obvious differences in quality of seeds of Alisma orientalis from different habitats.
