息烽县葛的种质资源调查研究

摘　　要：目的确定息烽县葛的种质资源。方法资源调查、主要化学成分含量比较。结果通过对息烽县的葛属植物的种质资源调查发现;甘葛藤、峨嵋葛、越南葛、野葛等4个种;其中野葛是栽培种.对野生种的葛属植物的主要化学成分含量比较发现:甘葛的有效化学成分最高,峨嵋葛次之,越南葛相对较低。Objective To make sure germ-plasm of Pueraria DC. Methods To investigate resource and compare with main chemical composition of germ-plasm of Pueraria DC. from Xifeng county. Results It was investigated the genetic resources of Pueraria DC. , it was discovered there were 4 species such as Thomsonii, Omeiensis, Montana and Lobata in Xifeng county. Conclusion Lobata was cultured among them. Comparing with main chemical composition content of wild Pueraria it was found that chemical composition content of Tomsonii was highest; Omeiensis was relatively low and Montan was lowest.
