老年性白内障与ABO血型抗原及中医证型关系的初步研究

摘　　要：调查老年性白内障患者170例的中医证型及ABO血型抗原,分析二者之间的相关性,探讨本病的发病机理。结果显示本组老年性白内障患者半数以上属肝肾阴虚证候;ABO血型抗原比较显示O型抗原比例显著高于正常人群(P<0.05)。据此提出本病的中医致病因素与衰老所致肝肾阴虚,精气血不能上荣于目有关;O型抗原在一定程度上代表本病的易感性。To inverstigate the TCM differentiation, ABO blood group antigens in 170 cases of senile cataract and probe its pathogenesis. The results showed that the liver kidney yin insufficiency was dominant in senile cataract, the ratio of O blood group antigen was obviously higher than that of health crowd （P〈0.05）. It indicates that the pathogenesis of senile cataract is related with liver kidney yin insufficiency, Qi-blood failing to nourish eyes upward, O blood group antigen represents the affectability of senile cataract to some extent.
