复方黄精口服液对阿霉素致心衰大鼠左室肥厚的影响

摘　　要：探讨复方黄精口服液对心衰大鼠左室肥厚的抑制作用。将55只大鼠随机分为5组。正常组腹腔注射生理盐水,其余腹腔注射阿霉素造模,复方黄精口服液干预组分别予灌胃,每周1次,治疗6周后测定大鼠心功能、左室肥厚指数、局部心肌及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、血浆醛固酮浓度。结果显示治疗组心功能改善,左室肥厚指数,局部心肌、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ及血浆醛固酮浓度均较心衰模型组明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。说明复方黄精口服液对阿霉素致心衰大鼠左室肥厚具有拮抗作用。To investigate the inhibitory effect of compound huanjing oral liquid on left ventricular hypertrophy of heart failure rats. 55 rats were assigned randomly into 5 groups, the rats in control group were injected abdominally equal volume of physiological saline once a week, while the rest were injected same dose of adriamycin, the oral lipid with various doses were applied for gastric perfusion successively in the last three groups from the beginning, twice a day. The heart function and left ventricular hypertrophy index （LVHI） were measured, angiotensin Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ ） and aldosterone （Aid） were detected by radioimmunoassay after six weeks. The results showed that the oral liquid could improve the heart function and LVHI, decrease the concentrations of plasma Ang Ⅱ and Ald, and decrease the concentration of Ang Ⅱ in myocardium （P〈0.01 or P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compound huanjing oral liquid can decrease left ventricular hypertrophy of heart failure rats.
