摘　　要：目的:了解考生对执业药师资格考试的看法,对考试的改进提供建议。方法:采用抽样问卷调查法,对选定城市中参加过考试的药师进行调查。结果:被调查人员对考试结果基本满意,认为考试结果客观公正;认为考试内容过于偏离实用领域;公布考试试题和答案的做法得到了普遍认同;目前我国执业药师的执业水平令人担忧,通过考试的执业药师认为要提供基本的药学服务还存在相当困难。结论:建议取消报考工作年限的规定;建立考试监督评价机制,及时公布试题和答案;增加考试的人文关怀;允许国外药学毕业生参加我国执业药师资格考试并注册执业。OBJECTIVE： To understand the views and comments of the examinees on the Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination in China, and to propose suggestions on improvement of the examination. METHODS： The method of sample questionnaire was adopted to survey the pharmacists in selected cities who had taken the examination. RESULTS： Despite a general satisfaction with their results in the examination and a general recognition of its fairness and object!vity, the respondents considered the tested subjects as being far diverted from the practical field. They all welcome the way of posting test papers and answers after the examination. They acknowledged the worrying academic level of licensed pharmacists in China, and thought that there would remain certain difficulties even for those licensed pharmacists who had passed the exam- ination to provide basic pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSIONS： It is suggested that the barrier on candidates＇ length of service be lifted, a supervision and evaluation mechanism be established for the examination, test papers and answers be made public in time after each examination session, a humanistic touch be added to the examination, and foreign students in pharmacy major be permitted to take the examination and be certified for practice in China.
