管内插件在卧式中央热水机组中强化传热的应用

摘　　要：针对南方目前流行的三回程卧式中央热水机组传热效果差、热效率低的情况,分析了其根源,提出了在第三回程的烟管内加入一字纽带和螺旋线两种插件以强化换热效果的方法.经热工测试及计算表明效果明显,传热状况有较大改善.In this paper, the principle is studied of poor heat transfer effect in the three line horizontal central hot water suppliers which are popularized in south China region was studied. An idea of putting inserts like twisted belts and spiral wire into the third line pipe to augment the heat transfer effects is put forward. The experimental and calculating results shows that the heat transfer situation is improved.
