摘  要:为探讨辣椒提取液和人参提取液对小白鼠游泳耐力及耐缺氧能力的影响,以小白鼠为试验动物,每d分别采用辣椒提取液(1g/mL,0.6g/mL,0.2g/mL)和人参提取液(1g/mL)进行灌胃30d,灌胃量为0.2mL/10g体重。并安排对照(不加辣椒提取物),进行密闭缺氧试验和游泳抗疲劳实验。结果表明,3种浓度的辣椒提取液不能够显著提高小鼠游泳耐力,但低浓度的辣椒提取液(0.2g辣椒/mL)能显著提高小鼠耐缺氧能力(P<0.05);人参提取液(1g/mL)能极显著(P<0.01)提高小鼠游泳耐力和耐缺氧能力。Due to study the influence of capsicum fruit and ginseng on the ability of swimming and endurance to hypoxia in mice, the Kunming mice was used as materials. The test was carried out by oral administration of the extract of capsicum (1 g/mL,0.6 g/mL, 0.2 g/mL) and ginseng (1 g/mL) in Kunming mice for 30 days, and the amount of oral administration was 0.2 mL per 10 g bodyweight. The result was that as followed, the three different dose of capsicum didn't increase the ability of swimming with significance; but the lower concentration of capsicum extract (0.2 g/mL) significantly increased the ability of endurance to hypoxia in mice(P〈0.05).The extract of ginseng (1 g/mL) significantly increased both the ability of swimming and endurance to hypoxia (P〈0.01).
