摘　　要：电视是柳州市公众获取科技信息的最主要渠道,造成公众没有参观过各类科普设施的主要原因是“本地没有”,柳州市公众参与过各类科普活动的程度不高。在柳州市公众心目中,教师的职业声望最高,而医生则是公众期望子女从事的首选职业。Television is the main access to information technology for Liuzhou public. No public visits to various scientific facilities were due to the fact that there is a ＂ local Lack of them＂ The degree of Liuzhou public participation in various types of popular science is low. For Liuzhou public, a doctor is the No.1 ocupation that the public expect their children to engage in though a teacher enjoys the highest prestige.
