摘  要:研究了重庆钢铁公司铁水脱硫喷枪耐火浇注料的抗热震性能.试验按YB2206—77和铁水脱硫喷枪的使用环境进行,用断裂能理论研究了裂纹产生到扩展的过程,并结合数学模型讨论了热应力与热膨胀系数、弹性模量、热传导率之间的关系.结果表明,当耐火浇注料的热导率在1—2W·(m·K)^-1时,热导率变化对最大热应力有很大的影响;耐火浇注料的最大热应力在热膨胀系数为1.2×10^-5K^-1附近有最小值;耐火浇注料的最大热应力与弹性模量呈线性关系.因此,通过调整浇注料的组成,可以改善其抗热震性能.Chongqing Thermal shock resistance of the refractory castable Iron &Steel Grou PCo. , are measured according on the desulphurization lance is studied. The samples from to standard YB2206 -77 and which are simulated at the condition of high temperature in the steel plant. Configuration of Surface is observed and analyzed by energy theory. The relationshi Pbetween thermal stress, thermal conductivity, elastic modulus and expansion coefficient are discussed by the mathematic modeling. The results show that crack engendering then its extending trend is accordant with the theory of the energy, and when the thermal conductivity isl -2 W ·(m·K)^-1, it will have very remarkable influence on the maximum stress. Maximum stress is direct proportion to the elastic modulus, and it is minimum when the expansion coefficient is aboutl. 2×10^-5K^-1. Therefore it will provide definite theory gist for improving thermal shock resistance by adjusting composition.
