摘 要:根据Ergun理论,设计开发了低压稳流核桃壳过滤器。研究了其反冲洗动力学,确定了最佳反冲洗条件。认为反冲洗过程中滤料间的摩擦、碰撞以及水流剪切作用是实现滤料脱附的原因,而滤料间的碰撞冲击力在滤料脱附再生中起着至关重要的作用。低压稳流核桃壳过滤器过滤、滤料再生效果好,滤后水平均含油量降至13.4mg/L,去除率提高了72%。Based on the Ergun theory, a filter of low-pressure and steady-flow with walnut shell filtering media was developed. The backwashing dynamics of this reactor was researched and best operating condition was confirmed. The reciprocal friction, collision and shear force of water flow in backwashing process caused desorption of filtering media (walnut shell) from the pollutants, and it was believed that the reciprocal collision of filtering granules might be the most important in regeneration of material. The improved regeneration resulted in best filtration of this reactor. The oil content in the filtered water was 13. 4 mg/L,and the oil removal efficiency increased 72% than the former.
