摘　　要：近年来,随着新旧经济体制的更替,改革措施的相继出台,一方面有力地推动了我国经济的飞速发展;另一方面,由于社会成份日趋复杂化,由各种社会矛盾引发的群体性治安事件愈来愈多,表现形式多样,激烈程度日益加剧,已经成为当前影响社会稳定比较突出的问题。探讨群体性治安事件临战处置对各级党委、政府以及公安机关妥善处置此类事件具有十分重要的现实意义和指导意义。In recent years, with the change of the economic system and the appearance of new reform measures, the economy have been developed quickly on one hand, the colony public security affairs caused by different social contradictions become more and more on the other hand, and the form becomes more and more various, which has been a extrusive problems. It is very important to study on the police being in emergency disposition of the colony public security affairs for each levels of the public security bureau.
