蒙药好必斯清糖片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：“好必斯清糖片”是根据传统蒙医验方研制出的一种蒙药新型片剂.研究该药的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对其中的蒲黄、血竭、当归和益母草进行鉴别;用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定蒲黄中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷的含量.结果显示TLC色谱中能很好的检出蒲黄、血竭、当归和益母草的相应的化学成分;HPLC测定中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮糖苷含量在0.1-0.5μg范围内呈线性关系,回收率为98%(RSD=1.12%).这说明此方法灵敏,稳定,可以作为蒙药好必斯清糖片质量检测方法.Hobis QingTang Tablets are a new pharmaceutics,which is prepared according to the traditional proved prescription of Mongolian Medicine. It is made of Pollen typhae, Sanguis draxonis, Radix angelicae Sinensis, Herba leonuri etc and could be available for treatment of diabetes. To establish a quality standard for Hobis QingTang Tablets, Pollen typhae, Sanguis draconis, Radix angelicae Sinensis and Herba leonuri were identified by TLC. The content of isorhamnetin in Pollen typhae was determined by HPLC. Experimental results show that Pollen typhae,Sanguis draconis,Radix angelicae Sinensis and Herba Leonuri in Hobis QingTang Tablets could be detected by TLC. The content of isorhamnetin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 1-0. 5 μg. The average recoveries of isorhamnetin were 98% with RSD of 1.12%. The result indicates that the method appears to be simple, highly accurate, and can be used as a quality standard method for Hobis QingTang Tablets.
