摘  要:对菏泽发电厂2号锅炉水冷壁的高温腐蚀进行了分析,认为主要是煤的含硫量过高、水冷壁附近呈还原性气氛、长期高负荷运行和燃烧调整不够引起。通过严格控制入炉煤质量、提高煤粉细度、优化燃烧、改进双通道燃烧器以及对水冷壁喷涂防腐材料后,有效地延长了水冷壁的使用寿命,取得了良好的综合效益。The causes leading to high- temperature corrosion on water- wall of boiler no. 2 in Heze Power Plant have been analysed, it is believed that the said corrosion was mainly due to excessive high sulfer content in the fuel coal, reduetive atmosphere appeared in vincinity of the water- wall, long- term operation under high load, and insufficient adjustment of combustion. Through strictly controlling quality of coal coming into furnace, enhancing fineness of pulverized coal, paying attention to adjustment of combustion, as well as retrofitting dual- channel burners, and spraying water- wall with anti- corrosion coating material, the service life of water- wall has been effectively lengthened, the formation and development of high - temperature corrosion being contained, obtaining good comprehensive benefits.
