示波极谱法测定中草药中痕量钴的研究

摘　　要：钴（Ⅱ）与3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚在pH值为8．0的硼砂-盐酸缓冲溶液中的反应有一灵敏的极谱络合吸附波，其峰电位在-0．74V左右，钴质量浓度在0．001～1．4μg·mL^-1范围内与二次导数峰电流呈线性关系，检出限为0．0005μg·mL^-1。对电极反应机理进行了探讨，所拟方法适用于中草药中钴含量的测定。In a Na2B4O7-HCl buffer solution of p H 8. 0, cobalt（ Ⅱ ） reacts with 3-thiazolylazo-5-amino phenol and the reaction produces a sensitive polarograph adsorptive complex wave at the potential of -0. 74 V. The second-order derivative peak current of the wave is linearly proportional to cobalt mass concentration in the range of 0. 001～1.4 μg·mL^-1 . The detection limit is 0. 000 5 μg·mL^-1. The proposed method can be used to determine trace cobalt in Chinese herbar medicines.
