摘 要:对自行设计的饲草压捆机拨杆联动分捆机构的工作原理作了阐述,建立了杠杆组与压缩机构运动关系。为缩短落板时间,保证分隔板与压缩活塞运动不干涉,设计了弹射式插板,并对其运动规律进行了推导。采用Matlab/Simulink进行了编程仿真,得出影响落板时间的主要因素,据此改进了结构设计,提高了设计的可靠性。通过实践验证,分捆机构工作良好。A shift lever interlock part-bundle mechanism for hay baler was designed and the movement relationship between lever groups and compression mechanism was established. In order to reduce falling-board time and ensure non-interference of movement between separation board and compressive piston an eject utensil style inserter was designed its movement was regulated. By using Matlab/Simulink imitation, the main factors influencing falling-board time was obtained, based on which the structure design was improved and the reliability was enhanced. The experimental results demonstrated that the mechanism worked well.
