摘　　要：利用SWOT分析系统全面分析培育和发展胶东半岛产业集群的环境和状况,指出胶东半岛产业集群的建设应采取依靠内部优势,抓住外部机遇发展型战略。The environment and condition of industrial clusters in Jiaodong peninsula were analyzed based on the SWOT system. Development strategy of industrial clusters construction in Jiaodong peninsula was put forward, which was to rely on interior superiority and seize exterior opportunity.
