摘  要:目的探讨三硝基甲苯(TNT)对接触者血清生化指标的影响。方法以某化工厂TNT作业工人40名为接触组,某学校教职员工40名为对照组,采集空腹静脉血,分别测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)等10项生化指标,并进行比较;同时测定生产环境中TNT浓度。结果接触组甘胆酸(CG)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)3项指标的均值与对照组相比明显增高,差异有统计学意义;白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(Tg)2项指标的均值与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论长期接触TNT可导致作业人员部分血清生化指标的改变,主要为CG、Cr、UA增高,ALB、Tg降低。Objective To observe the effect of trinitrotoluene (TNT) on the serum biochemical indicators among workers. Methods 40 workers in a chemical factory were selected as the case group and 40 teachers in a school as the control group. The vein blood under the limosis condition was collected and 10 serum biochemical indicators such as alanine transaminase (ALT) were examined. Meanwhile, the concentrations of TNT in the factory environments were determined. Results The average value of cholyglycine (CG), creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA) in the case group were significantly higher than that in the control group; The average value of albumin(ALB), triglyceride (Tg) in the case group were significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Long-term exposure to TNT could casue the change of serum biochemical indicators, such as increasing of CG, Cr, UA and decreasing of ALB and Tg.
