摘　　要：近年来,环渤海地区海洋经济取得了迅猛发展,成为我国海洋经济的“龙头”,但能否保持住这种持续、快速发展的势头,还取决于产业结构合理性。基于此,本文对环渤海地区海洋经济产业结构从静态和动态方面进行分析,并对产业结构的调整提出了相应的对策。In recent years, marine economy of the area around Bohai bay has been developing rapidly, and as a result, this area has played ＂a leading role＂ in marine economy of our country, but whether it can maintain this tendency of sustained fast development depends upon the organization of its industrial structure. This article is both a static and dynamic analysis of the industrial structure of marine economy of this area, and a discussion of the corresponding countermeasures to adjust the industrial structure.
