摘　　要：针对农村金融理论和实践中既有“农村金融”与“农村金融发展”定义的缺陷,在分析其成因与影响基础上,运用新制度经济学方法,从交易视角重构了“农村金融”与“农村金融发展”概念内涵,试图以此深化对“农村金融”与“农村金融发展”的认识,为农村金融可持续发展建立概念基础。In the light of the conceptional confusion of ＂Rural finance＂ and ＂Rural finance development＂ in the theories and practice of rural finance, this article aims to reconstruct the definitions of ＂Rural finance＂ and ＂Rural finance development＂ from the angle of trade and with the methodology of new institutional economies. It is hoped that the clarification of the two concepts will be help of rural finance, sustainable development.
