摘　　要：以投入产出法为基础,建立了行业总产出乘数、直接就业系数、综合就业系数、向后关联系数、向前关联系数和成本利税率等评价第三产业就业潜力的相关指标,相关实证结果表明批发贸易和餐饮以及交通运输邮电业是影响就业增加的关键行业。Tertiary industry has already been the main industry that absorbs the employment, and the analysis of employment potential of tertiary industry is very necessary. On the basis of the input and output method, this paper designs Output Multiplier of Industry, Direct Employment Multiplier, Integrated Employment Multiplier, Backward Linkage Effect, Forward Linkage Effects, Pretax Profit on Cost and related indicators to analyze the employment potential of tertiary industry. Finally empirical study shows that Wholesale Trade, Restaurant, Transportation, post and telecommunications are the critical industries to enhance the employment.
