摘　　要：首先从产业集群环境出发,分析并归纳了影响供应链快速响应能力评价的因素。主要考虑的因素包括合作协同能力、流程一体化程度、信息集成水平和客户需求导向性等方面。然后以三角模糊数来表示模糊概念,提出一种应用于供应链系统快速响应能力评价的指标体系和模糊多指标评价方法,为供应链快速响应能力评价提供了定量分析的手段。最后给出了一个具体的算例。Some factors affecting the quick response of supply chain are analyzed from industrial cluster environment at first. They mainly include such as cooperation, process integration,information integration and customer demand orientation,etc. Then, based on triangular fuzzy number, a set of indexes for evaluating the quick response of supply chain and a fuzzy multi--index model of evaluation are designed,which provides quantitative analysis for quick response of supply chain. Last, an example of this model is given.
