摘 要:运用CFD软件对顶燃式热风炉陶瓷燃烧器内气体流动进行了数值模拟,比较了煤气环道有无导流砖时燃烧室至蓄热室间流场特性,得到了模型内气体速度分布。模拟结果表明:煤气环道有导流砖时较好的解决了蓄热室的偏流问题,且模型的配气均匀度达到了95.98%。现场使用情况表明,本陶瓷燃烧器在单烧高炉煤气的情况下,风温可稳定在1200℃的水平。The numerical simulations of gas flow in the ceramic burner of top-firing hot-blast stove are studied with CFD software. The characteristics of flow from combustion chamber to regenerator with or without flow control bricks in the piping system are compared, and the distributions of gas velocity have been obtained. The result shows that the drift current is under control in the regenerator when flow control briks are used in the gas piping system, and the homogeneous rate of the model is 95.98%. The result of the field experiment proves that preheated air temperature achieves 1200℃ under the condition of burning blast furnace gas.
