摘　　要：根据钢坯的种类、规格、开轧温度,通过建立的数学模型计算了钢坯的出炉温度。经黑匣子实验验证,该模型计算的出炉温度曲线与黑匣子测试的出炉温度曲线拟合很好,所以可用此模型预测不同钢坯的出炉温度。The mathematical modal in heating furnace is set up for calculating billet tapping temperature according to billet heterogeneity, specification and opening rolling temperature. The tapping temperature curve obtained by the mathematical medal accords well with the tapping temperature curve obtained by black casket test, so various billet tapping temperature can be forecasted by the mathematical medel.
