摘 要:针对莱钢轧钢厂中小型车间步进式加热炉产量低、能耗高等缺点,对其进行了节能研究和技术改造。采取了一系列措施:优化了烧嘴、水梁、辊道的布置,增设了余热回收装置和隔墙,采用了新工艺、新耐火材料,并且应用了双交叉限幅燃烧控制系统。实践证明,这些措施是切实可行、科学合理的。与改造之前相比,吨钢能耗降低35.3%。Because of low-product and high-energy consumption, energy saving and technical reforming are investigated for a walking beam furnace of the Laigang group. A series of energy saving measures is used, such as optimizing the arrangement of burners, water beam and transmission rollers, setting up heat recovery plants and several partitions, adopting new techniques and new fire-resistant material, and applying two-cross clipped combustion control system. It is already proved that these measures are feasible, rational and scientific in practice. Compared with the old one, the energy consumption of per ton steel is reduced by 35.3%.
