摘　　要：结合企业生产实践介绍尿素合成塔的安全维护,阐明必须注重日常监控,提高监控手段和操作水平,严禁超温、超压,努力降低不锈钢衬里腐蚀等是安全使用合成塔的重要手段。Combining with production practice, presents the safe maintenance of urea converter, demonstrating that paying attention to daily monitor and control, improving monitoring methods and operating level, strictly forbidding overheating and overpressuring, as well as decreasing corrosion of stainless steel lining, are the important means for safe operation of urea converter.
