肺炎支原体感染肺外并发症104例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染肺外脏器受损的临床特征。方法采用特异性免疫凝集法检测外周血MP-IgM抗体阳性的205例住院患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果205例患儿中104例有肺外并发症,其中神经系统38例,血液系统10例,心血管系统11例,泌尿系统4例,消化系统10例,皮肤肌肉损害21例,多个系统损害8例,并发传染性单核细胞增多综合征1例,川崎病1例。结论MP感染可引起多系统损害,肺外表现无特异性,确诊依靠MP-IgM抗体的检查。Objective To analyze the elinieal features of extra-pulmonary infections by myeoplasma pneumoniae（Mp）. Methods The elinieal data of 205 patients whose anti-Mp IgM antibodies of peripheral blood were positive by speeifie immune agglutination test, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The extra pulmonary, complications occurred in 104 eases, The incidence of damage on nervous system, hematological system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, digestive system, skin and muscle and muhisystem were 38（38/104）, 10（10/104） ,11 （11/104） ,4（4/104） , 10（10/104） ,21 （20/104） ,8（8/104） respectively. One ease was complicated by infectious mononucleosis syndrome, another ease by Kawasaki disease, Conclusions Mp infection may cause muhisystem damage. The extrapulmonary complications have not specificity, The final diagnosis depends on the test of antiMp IgM.
