创面湿润疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的护理

摘　　要：目的观察创面湿润疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的效果,总结护理经验。方法对67例糖尿病足溃疡患者的创面坏死组织采用“蚕食法”清创,后予局部药物湿敷,配合饮食指导,心理护理,健康教育等综合措施。结果67例足溃疡患者中,16例愈合,34例好转,17例无效。结论创面湿润疗法在糖尿病足溃疡的愈合中起关键作用。Objective To observe the effect of moistening raw surface for treating the diabetic Ulcer of foot and summarize the nursing experience. Methods The 67 patients were treated by combination of using ＂nibbling ＂debridement to remove the necrotic tissues, then local application of wet compress. Meanwhile the rational diet and healthy education were done, Results There are 16 cases with healing,34 improvements, 17 inefficacy. Conclusions The operation of moistening raw surface plays important role in the treatment of diabetic Ulcer of foot.
