快速静脉注射柔红霉素对心脏及静脉损害的研究

摘　　要：将４０例白血病患儿随机分为两组，每组各２０例。分别以不同的速度静脉注射柔红霉素，Ａ组注射速度为１ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，Ｂ组为３ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，观察两组患者心肌酶谱、心脏血流参数的变化及血管损害情况。结果显示：注射前后心肌酶谱及心脏血流参数组内配对ｔ检验有差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而组间比较无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），两组静脉炎发生例次也有差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ａ组明显高于Ｂ组。提示快速静脉注射柔红霉素既能减少静脉炎的发生，又不会加重心脏的毒性作用，对白血病患者的临床用药具有参考价值。child patients with leukemia were divided randomly into two groups and each group had 20 patients.Daunomycin was intravenously injected at speed of 1ml/min in A group and 3ml/min in B group.Cardiac and venous injuries were studied.The results showed that before and after the injection,difference of myocardiac enzyme spectrum and blood flow parameter of heart was statistically different within group (match t test,P<0.01),but was not between two groups(P>0.05).The development of phlebitis was higher in group A than that in group B (P<0.05).Our study indicates that fast intravenous injection of daunomycin decreases the development of phlebitis,but does not increase toxic reaction in heart.
